TrooFind™ provides a sleeve housing and a wireless tracking module. Location features depend on your smartphone and third-party services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability or uptime of third-party services.

No guarantee of recovery: TrooFind is designed to help locate household items, but we cannot guarantee an item will be found.
Property damage: GenXUnited Holdings Inc. is not liable for loss of property, data or secondary damages resulting from use or failure of the device or third-party services, to the extent permitted by law.
Battery safety: this product uses a CR2032 lithium coin-cell battery. Failure to follow safety instructions can result in serious injury or death. See below.

Battery safety information

WARNING: Keep batteries out of reach of children. Swallowing can lead to chemical burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion. Seek medical attention immediately.

Risk of ingestion

Keep new and used batteries away from children at all times.
If a battery may have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
In Canada, contact your local poison centre or call 911.

Handling & replacement

Replace only with CR2032 or an equivalent approved type.
Do not use damaged, swollen or leaking batteries.
Do not recharge, disassemble, crush, puncture, heat or incinerate.
Insert with the correct polarity (+/–).

Storage & disposal

Store in a cool, dry place away from metal objects.
Do not dispose of in household trash; recycle per local regulations.

Device safety

Stop using the device if you notice unusual heat, odour, discolouration or leakage.
If leakage contacts skin or eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
