This website is operated by GenXUnited Holdings Inc. ("TrooFind", "we") in Ontario, Canada. By using www.troofind.com you agree to these terms.
2. Pre-launch status
TrooFind products are not yet available for sale. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase obligation for you or a sales obligation for us.
3. Product information
We aim to describe products accurately. Specifications, compatibility and availability may change before launch. Images are for illustration.
4. Orders & pricing
When sales open, prices will be shown in the applicable currency and may exclude taxes and shipping. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of error, suspected fraud or unavailability, and will refund any payment received.

6. Intellectual property
The TrooFind™ name, logo, sleeve design, website content and images are owned by GenXUnited Holdings Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, or use TrooFind products to track people or property without their consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the website or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. See also our Legal Disclaimer.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
